Information we receive

The site does not ask visitors to create an account and does not contain an enquiry form. If you contact us by email, telephone or WhatsApp, we receive the contact details and information you choose to provide. Our hosting provider also processes standard technical request data needed to deliver and protect the website, such as IP address, browser information, requested page and time of access.

How and why we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, route the enquiry to the appropriate TIFA company, maintain a record of business correspondence and meet legal or safeguarding obligations. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests, steps requested before entering a contract, performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations, depending on the enquiry.

Who receives it

Information is shared only where needed with the relevant TIFA company, authorised staff and service providers that support website hosting, security and business communications. A referral or operational enquiry may be passed to TIFA Life, TIFA Property, TIFA Recruits or TIFA Connect so it reaches the right team. We do not sell personal information.

International processing
