TIFA Life
Supported accommodation for 16+ care leavers and unaccompanied young people across Wales.
TIFA Life is the group's operating business. It provides 16+ supported accommodation across all 22 Welsh Local Authorities, with a focus on care leavers, unaccompanied young people, and emergency placement. The model is structured and safeguarding-first. The work is done by support workers, case managers and a 24/7 on-call team, in homes leased through TIFA Property and operated to a single group standard.

Residential leasing in Wales, working with landlords who want a reliable long-term tenant.
TIFA Property is the residential base of the group. It leases homes directly from private landlords across Wales on multi-year terms, professionally managed and rent-guaranteed. The homes serve TIFA Life and other supported accommodation providers across the sector. The lease economics work regardless of operator. For landlords, the proposition is straightforward: long lease, hands-off, paid on time.

B2B software for the supported accommodation sector, built from the operating floor up.
TIFA Connect is a standalone B2B SaaS product. Originally built to run TIFA Life, it has been productised for the wider supported accommodation sector. The platform handles case management, placement, safeguarding workflow and the reporting the sector now needs but cannot easily produce from the tools it had. Live in production at TIFA Life. Founding partner cohort open to other providers and Local Authorities.

B2B recruitment service for the supported accommodation sector.
TIFA Recruits is the workforce arm of the group. It connects DBS-cleared support worker talent with Local Authorities and providers across Wales, including but not limited to TIFA Life. It exists because the workforce gap in supported accommodation is structural and getting wider. The service is live and serving clients across the sector.
