TIFA Life is the group's operating business. It provides 16+ supported accommodation across Wales, with a focus on care leavers, unaccompanied young people, and emergency placement. The model is structured and safeguarding-first. The work is done by support workers, case managers and a 24/7 on-call team, in homes leased through TIFA Property and operated to a single group standard.

TIFA Property works with landlords on long-term leases and managed-property arrangements. Homes may be used by TIFA Life or other supported accommodation services. Rent, term, maintenance responsibilities and any exclusions are agreed in writing following property and commercial checks.

TIFA Connect records casework, placements, safeguarding workflows, workforce compliance, finance and reporting. It was first built for TIFA Life and is used in its live operation. Access for other providers and Local Authorities is discussed directly with the TIFA Connect team.

TIFA Recruits is the workforce arm of the group. It connects DBS-cleared support worker talent with Local Authorities and providers across Wales, including but not limited to TIFA Life. It exists because the workforce gap in supported accommodation is structural and getting wider. The service is live and serving clients across the sector.
