TIFA is a Welsh-headquartered group of four operating companies in housing, supported accommodation, sector software and workforce. Founded in 2023 by Michael Border, the group runs TIFA Life, TIFA Property, TIFA Connect and TIFA Recruits, operating across all 22 Welsh Local Authorities. TIFA Life specialises in 16+ supported accommodation for care leavers and unaccompanied young people, with a same-day placement model and a safeguarding-first standard the sector is increasingly adopting.
